At Heart & Hands Creations LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized products made especially for you. Because many of our items are custom-made, we ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item is defective.
- We made an error with your personalization.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
Once production starts, personalized orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
