Heart & Hands Creations LLC, every order is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Many of our products are personalized or made to order, so production times may vary depending on the item selected.

Processing Time

  • Personalized and custom-made products typically require 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Print-on-demand apparel and select gift items generally require 2-7 business days for production.
  • During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation E-Mail with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Heart & Hands Creations LLC is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue
